Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To ensure sales target & achievement and customer bill collections.
∎ Must be energetic and able to work under pressure, independently for a long time.
∎ Maintaining and developing relationships with existing and new customers
∎ Strong negotiation skills and good sales & marketing knowledge.
∎ Identify key customers and maintain a good, long-term relationship with them .
∎ Plan, develop, and implement an effective sales & marketing strategy.
∎ Dealer / Distributor Selection.
∎ Collect the orders from dealers/distributors.
∎ Collect DD (Demand Draft) and cash from Dealer/distributor point.
∎ Context: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as an Executive - Sales for Gravure Ink and Adhesive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, fostering strong customer relationships, and ensuring efficient bill collection. This role requires a motivated and independent professional with excellent negotiation skills and a solid understanding of sales and marketing principles.Job Responsibilities:
