Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To ensure sales target & achievement and customer bill collections.
∎ Must be energetic and able to work under pressure, independently for a long time.
∎ Maintaining and developing relationships with existing and new customers
∎ Strong negotiation skills and good sales & marketing knowledge.
∎ Identify key customers and maintain a good, long-term relationship with them .
∎ Plan, develop, and implement an effective sales & marketing strategy. Dealer / Distributor Selection.
∎ Collect the orders from dealers/distributors. Collect DD (Demand Draft) and cash from Dealer/distributor point.
∎ Context:
∎ We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our adhesive & Chemical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, ensuring timely customer bill collections, and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and new customers. The role requires strong negotiation skills and a solid understanding of sales and marketing strategies.
