Educational Requirements:

∎ Graduation in any discipline, BBA/ MBA in Marketing is preferred

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Business Development, Tele Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Researching and identifying sales opportunity, generating leads, target identification and classification.
∎ Reaching out to new customers and making presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of product/services.
∎ Arrange to distribute marketing materials like leaflet, poster etc.
∎ Understanding the client requirement and then customizing the product/services as per their needs.
∎ Maintaining relationship with all potential and existing clients.
∎ Ensuring proper servicing and after sales support to clients.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 1 years' experience in any ISP or IT company is preferred.
∎ REQUIRED SKILLS :
∎ Accountability, Continuous Learning, Communication, Creativity and Initiative, Leadership and Negotiation, Performance Management, Planning and Organizing, Professionalism, Teamwork, Technological Awareness, Resource Mobilization.
∎ Able to implement target-oriented sales plan.

∎ Must be smart having excellent analytical & presentation abilities.
∎ Should be self-motivated, dynamic and dependable team player.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skill.
Salary:
∎ FOR DHAKA: BDT 25,000-30,000
60% salary will be given for successful target achievement as a performance criteria. (Variable: BDT 15,000-18,000)
40% salary will be given as a fixed or granted part. (Fixed: BDT 10,000-12,000)
FOR CHITTAGONG: BDT 20,000-25,000
60% salary will be given for successful target achievement as a performance criteria . (Variable: BDT 12,000-15,000)
40% salary will be given as a fixed or granted part. (Fixed: BDT 8,000-10,000)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
