Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduate (Current Student will not be allowed)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attend customers & meet their travel requirements
∎ Ensure Reservation & Ticketing according to customer's requirement for Airlines, Hotel & others Packages
∎ Maintain and develop effective customer relationship
∎ Provide fare quotation and pricing to the customers
∎ Ensure Customer Service, Reservation & Ticketing and other front line activities
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ More than 2 years in any IATA Accredited Travel Agency
∎ Must have sound GDS knowledge either on Galileo, Amadeus or Sabre
∎ Males are specially encouraged to apply
∎ Well conversant in Computer application, English Communication
∎ Should be able to work in a team under pressure with multiple functions
∎ Should be able to work on different shifts
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Two festival bonuses in a calendar year (50% of Basic Salary)
∎ One incentive bonus in a calendar year as per performance.
