Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree from Economics, Applied Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, Applied Statistics, Management, Finance and Banking, International Relations from any reputed Public and Private University.
∎ CGPA at least 3.25 out of 4.00.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting Research and Development related works.
∎ Collection and preservation of data/ statistical information on trade, commerce and industry.
∎ Prepare Speech, Remarks, opinion and articles for the office bearers/ CEO’s on any occasion as and when required.
∎ Provide feedback to any queries/clarifications/questionnaires related to Trade, Commerce, and Industry and Economic issues.
∎ Identify Industry and Academia gap and suggest measures to improve upon.
∎ Carry out Micro and Macro Economic Analysis and suggest Development measures.
∎ Collect all necessary information and statistics to conduct research on appropriate subjects and issues.
∎ Deal with various research works, collection of sample and data.
∎ Preserve all research and recommendations concerning on trade, commerce and industry
∎ Any other work as assigned by the authority/ as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 years’ experience in Trade Bodies, International Organization, Research Organization.
∎ Sound knowledge on policy advocacy, trade facilitation, local and international trade, industrial policy, SME policy, commercial/ trade negotiation, national strategic plan, LDC graduation, banking and financial issues etc.
∎ Candidates having Previous Research and Thesis related experience will get priority.
∎ Age at least 25 years at the date of application deadline.
∎ Excellent analytical ability, interpersonal skills is required for the position.
∎ Excellent communication and written skill both in Bangla and English.
∎ Ability to work well as part of a multi disciplined team.
∎ Ability to communicate effectively with Senior Management.
∎ Ability to identify key issues and present advice and decisions in a precise and understandable manner.
