Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Proactively initiate and handle calls to default customers with a focus on recovery commitment date.
∎ Generate comprehensive reports detailing recovery progress, customer interactions.
∎ Maintain accurate and organized records of all communication and transactions related to recovery efforts.
∎ Collaborate with team members to streamline recovery strategies and share valuable insights.
∎ Ensure seamless coordination within the team to optimize overall recovery performance.
∎ Provide instant and efficient back-office support addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
∎ Foster positive relationships with default customers through professional and empathetic communication.
∎ Propose and implement improvements to existing recovery processes based on data-driven insights.
∎ Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
∎ To carry out any other assignment given from time to time by Supervisor.
