Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct physical and chemical analysis of raw materials, including all instrumental analysis involved.
Perform physical, chemical and instrumental analysis of finished products of all forms including liquid, cream and ointment, powder for suspension and parenteral preparations.
Carry out real-time and accelerated stability studies for formulated products.
Prepare and standardize laboratory reagents as needed.
Perform trend analysis and compile Annual Product Quality Reviews (APQR) for materials and products.
Prepare and update of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Standard Testing Procedures (STPs) and other required documentation.
Develop and update technical dossier for pharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance with export requirements.
Implement and ensure adherence Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) in compliance with local and international guidelines, including ICH, WHO and PIC/S standards.
Ensure effective implementation of Quality Management System (ISO 9001) and Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001).
Undertake any other assignments as directed by the Head of the Quality Assurance.
