Responsibilities & Context:
To supervise production of Tablet,Capsule,PFS liquid etc.
To check the cleanliness & housekeeping of machones & equipment’s of production area & maintain Logbook.
To prepare daily,weekly & monthly production schedule as per production planning.
To prepare & submit requisition of BMR & BPR in QA department in due time for routine production.
To check calibration of all production machinery & equipment’s before manufacturing.
To check & receive dispensed materials from warehouse department & keep designated area before starting of manufacturing.
To check,sign & update all log book of production area for during routine production.
To check temperature & relative Humidity during In-process Control (IPC) & keep record.
To check availability of raw & packaging materials for smooth production.
To check proper functioning of all the machines & equipments in the production floors & help the maintenance department to fix up the same.
To raise requisition for raw materials & packaging materials to warehouse for routine production.
To communicate with engineering department for prompt break down maintenance & timely completion of preventive maintenance.
To check & sign of all record & documentation of daily manufacturing.
To communicate with QA department for line clearance.
To check & maintain all the documents of production department.
To handle & utilize efficiently manpower,machinery & material to improve productivity.
To prepare & update respective SOPs & document as per GMP guidelines & maintain properly.
To maintain deviation, Change control,CAPA,process validation.
To carry out any other job assigned by Production Manager or top management.
