Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To monitor and ensure the manufacturing process as per planning, guidelines & Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to ensure in-time production;
∎ To ensure cGMP, GDP compliance in every stage of manufacturing such as dispensing, processing, coating, encapsulating, compressing, blistering, packaging etc;
∎ To ensure all the written SOPs, BMRs, BPRs etc. are strictly followed;
∎ To participate in qualification, validation activities;
∎ To supervise & guide the Operators, Helpers and other Production Workers;
∎ To assists immediate superior in preparing daily/ monthly Production plan as per market demand of the Products;
∎ To ensures all manufacturing activities are performed according to the approved written procedure & all data generated during production are fully documented & recorded in specific formats & logbooks;
∎ To co-ordinate with relevant others department for timely action in case of maintenance works;
∎ To carry out any other duties as assigned by the superior.
