1. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on sales forecasts, orders, and capacity.

2. Monitor production progress and adjust plans to minimize delays and downtime.

3. Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.

4. Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams for smooth operations.

5. Analyze production variances and prepare performance reports.

6. Monitor raw material, WIP (Work-in-Process), and finished goods inventory.

7. Implement FIFO/FEFO methods where applicable.

8. Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, sales, and logistics teams.

9. Prepare and maintain production, inventory, and consumption reports.

10. Update production and inventory data in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Factory ERP).

11. Supervise warehouse cleaner, Labour.

12. To perform any other necessary tasks time to time as per management order.
