Education:
- Master of Science (MSc) in Applied Chemistry
Training on aerosol manufacturing and chemical handling will be an advantage

Additional Requirements:

Hands-on experience in soap, personal care, and air freshener lines preferred
Strong knowledge of liquid and aerosol manufacturing processes
Knowledge of ERP, GMP, ISO, and safety regulations
Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise production of liquid products (soap, body wash, hand wash) and aerosol products (air freshener, spray items).
Ensure daily production targets are achieved as per the approved production plan.
Monitor mixing, filling, sealing, labeling, and packing processes.
Control production downtime and troubleshoot operational issues.
Ensure optimum utilisation of manpower, machines, and raw materials.
Ensure correct batch formulation, SOP adherence, and process parameters.
Supervise handling and storage of flammable chemicals, propellants (LPG/DME), fragrances, and solvents.
Monitor pressure, temperature, viscosity, pH, fill weight, and crimping quality.
Ensure strict compliance with fire safety, chemical safety, and aerosol handling guidelines.
Ensure proper use of PPE and safety devices.
Maintain housekeeping as per 5S standards.
Allocate manpower as per shift and production requirements.
Train operators and helpers on SOPs, safety, and quality standards.
Prepare daily production, downtime, wastage, and efficiency reports.
Update production data in ERP or manual systems.
Support internal and external audits.
