Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collecting information of the potential supplier/vendors by visiting their office and collecting their product category.
∎ Build good relationship with the supplier/ vendor to get a better performance as a partner.
∎ Collect information of the supplier/ vendors performance for the assessment of the vendor capabilities.
∎ Conducting competitive analysis of market conditions and comparisons of features of products offering competitors company.
∎ Conducting customer research to know their choices and priorities for the products.
∎ Recording product features of different renowned companies and making comparison report for analysis.
∎ Responsible for collecting information of the new products availability in the market.
∎ Do periodic audit of suppliers to assess their deliverables performance
∎ Collect product information from the market and Assisting the team leader in setting the bench-mark on quality of the products to purchase.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Good knowledge of the finishing Item of the residential Building construction.
∎ Real Estate company/ Developer Company/ or similar industry.
