∎ Candidate residing in Narayanganj will give preference
∎ Experience in the large scale Knit Composite Garments will be getting preference.
∎ The applicants must have 2 years’ experience in the similar position.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic and have good personality.
∎ Possess high degree of correspondence & analytical ability.
∎ Good intellect and analytical skills.
∎ Must have good presence and leadership ability.
∎ Must have excellent computer literacy.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 100% honest in all aspect
∎ Responsible for Barnali Textile & Printing Industries (Pvt.) Ltd, Barnali Collections Ltd and also for other sister concerns.
∎ Cheque and Cash deposit into bank on daily basis.
∎ Physical Cash book & ERP cash book maintenance
∎ Petty Cash Maintain and reconciliation, posting into ERP and in daily basis and report to supervisor.
∎ Maintain Petty cash & checking bills as per company guideline.
∎ Ensure necessary payments with proper approval & guideline.
∎ Prepare Daily income & Expense reports.
∎ Receive fund requisition from various departments & match with budget, checking policy and approval as per guideline and submit to dept. head as per timely manner.
∎ Reconcile salary outstanding balances.
∎ Take direct confirmation from party and reconcile outstanding balance regularly with GL and Reconcile party outstanding balance regularly.
∎ Petty cash reconciliation in daily basis.
∎ Control & track the expense as per approved budget.
∎
