∎ MBA/Master's degree in any discipline, preferably in English, Business Management, Journalism, International Relations from any reputed University. Diploma in Secretarial Science is preferable.

Job Context:
∎ Manabik Shahajya Sangstha (MSS) is a leading national level NGO engaged in socio-economic development since 1974 and providing microfinance to over 200,000 people in rural and urban areas with financial support from PKSF and other financial institutions. MSS is intended to recruit manpower for the position of Executive Officer to President.
∎ Reporting directly to the President, the incumbent will provide executive support in a one-on-one working relationship. S/he will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on all matters pertaining to the Office of the President.
∎ The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. S/he must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform a broad variety of administrative tasks for the President including: coordinating an active calendar of appointments and meetings; composing, compiling and preparing correspondence maintaining confidentiality.
∎ Determine priorities and follow up actions on incoming and pending important issues addressed to the President.
∎ Dealing with incoming email, inquiries, post and often corresponding on behalf of President.
∎ Organize, manage, post and circulate all committee meeting materials including advance distribution of materials before meetings in electronic/paper format.
∎ Ensure advance preparation of required meeting materials including coordination with appropriate staff to ensure President is fully prepared for all meetings;
∎ Attend meetings on behalf of President, preparing scenario notes and briefing binders; and provide recap of action items to the President, when required.
∎ Occasionally travelling with the President to take notes/minutes at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations;
∎ Compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence for President.
∎ Follow-up necessary arrangements for travelling including ticketing and hotel reservation by President inside and outside the country.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 02 years practical experience on providing support for upper-level management in a related organization.
∎ Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
∎ Should have excellent oral & written communication skill, both in English & Bangla.
∎ Proficiency in computer operation including MS Word, EXCEL and PowerPoint, Internet and typing both in English & Bangla.
∎ Typing skills in bijoy bangla is essential.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with relevant stakeholders.
∎ Should have good sense of confidentiality and professionalism.
∎ Should be flexible and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
∎ Travelling: Inside Dhaka-Frequently as and when needed. Out of Dhaka- Occasionally.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
