Job Responsibilities:
∎ Operating Tally software by posting and updating various vouchers.
∎ Consumption sheet checking & posting in software.
∎ Preparation of journal voucher for monthly provision.
∎ Settlement & preparation of vouchers for various expenses.
∎ Prepaid insurance premium calculation & posting.
∎ Bank advice checking and posting.
∎ Preparation of bank reconciliation.
∎ Updating goods received note in Catalog Software.
∎ Singing goods received note (GRN).
∎ Checking salaries, wages, overtime, bonus & EL sheet.
∎ Preparation of adjustment vouchers of salaries & wages.
∎ Preparing documents & communicating with insurance company relating to IAR, Boiler, PPA, COC, CIS etc. insurance policies.
∎ Settlement of construction bills.
∎ Preparing and maintaining machinery, chemicals, dyes, & spare parts loan statements.
∎ Checking utility bills & preparing statements to settle BEPZA bills.
∎ Checking and signing vouchers.
∎ Taking physical inventory quarterly.
∎ Any other work assigned by superior.
