Accounting Software, Accounts and Finance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain & Prepare all kinds of Vouchers, Cash Book, Bank Book, Bill Register, General Ledger etc.
∎ Posting of Daily Collection and Expenses in IFS System
∎ Monthly reconciliation of Dealer receivable and Bank deposit
∎ Petty Cash maintaining and updating for Regional offices
∎ Prepare Monthly Sales Collection & Payment Received Statement
∎ Maintain Dealer Register and monitor the Dealer receivable
∎ Reconciliation of Dealer Account with IFS System and Office Accounts
∎ Maintain Fixed Assets and Stationery
∎ Verification of Tour Bill & Field allowances
∎ Computer literacy in MS word, MS Excel, MS power point
∎ Flash report as when required by the Management
∎ Others analytical job as and when required
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have sound Computer literacy in MS word, MS Excel and Power Point etc.
∎ Good communication skill in English both oral and written
∎ Good in preparing and presenting reports, MIS, Analytical & Forecasting ability and problem solving skills.
∎ 2-3 years practical experience in Audit & Accounting job in a reputed organization
Salary: Negotiable
