Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collect information from the field force and distribution department to create comprehensive primary and secondary sales data.
∎ Verify the accuracy and dependability of memo data, stock reports, and total sales from Field Force personnel by reviewing records.
∎ Generate reports using distributor performance assessments, SKU and supervisor lists, and updated database data to provide comprehensive insights for decision-making.
∎ Create projections and Average Daily Sales (ADS) data to monitor achievement percentages regularly.
∎ Observe competitors and their products, current market trends, and SKU-wise sales to identify key opportunities and challenges.
∎ Authorize invoices/bills, including damage claims and incentives to ensure appropriate field-related expense management.
∎ Preserve updated records to guarantee adherence to appropriate financial approval and verification processes.
∎ Communicate with field forces, supervisors, and distributors to collect, validate, and analyze essential records.
∎ Utilize MIS tools to enhance report generation, ensure data accuracy, and optimize analysis processes.
∎ Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards while safeguarding the confidentiality of sales and market data.
∎ Other tasks are allocated by the reporting person.
