Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments.
∎ Preparing/collecting reports/Proper filing Management.
∎ Prioritizing workloads and managing databases.
∎ Implementing new procedures and administrative systems.
∎ Liaising with relevant organizations and clients.
∎ Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks.
∎ Preparing statistical and other reports as per management Guideline.
