Responsibilities & Context:
To maintain safety and security of all kinds of medical records
Collect, analyze and prepare Daily Statistical Report, Daily Management Information Report, Daily Consultant wise OPD performance reports and Daily active MLC Patients reports.
Providing support to GMD/DGM-Medical Services & senior management team for different type of medical record data for Evercare Hospital Dhaka .
Supervising, advising, controlling & directing medical records staffs for updating, correcting, & maintaining medical records with 100% compliance, revise and modify different kinds of Medical Records form for IP files with JCI standards.
Manage a Medical Record System that meets Medical, Administrative and Legal requirements. Notify to concern departments for Medico Legal Cases file and inform to physician to complete death summary which is not completed and implement into the system.
Ø Collect, analyze and prepare daily, monthly, yearly statistics & reports, Quality Indicators & Performance Indicators and other Hospital Indicators for DG health, Evercare Hospital Dhaka and brief it to Medical Record Committee and Medical Services department for evaluating medical services as per the standards of Evercare Hospital.
