Insurance Diploma or CA (CC/partly) or any other special expertise in Non-Life / General Insurance field relevant to the Accounts & Finance, Tax-VAT, Claims, Underwriting or Marketing will be given preference while appointing. Relaxation may be given for the deserving candidates with exceptional qualifications.

Candidates with minimum 2-4 years practical experience in serving in the above Departments may apply. Candidates serving in Non-Life Publicly traded Insurance Company may get preference. Excellent interpersonal skills & computer proficiency both in Bangla & English will be considered as an added qualification. The candidate should have ability to work under pressure and independently.
