In view of our growing business needs, we need to hire the following position for Vivek Real Estate Ltd.`s immediately.
∎ POSITION SUMMARY: These sales executives must have good interpersonal skills to deal with buyers and sellers from a wide range of backgrounds. They also must be good negotiators and mediators to help buyers and sellers agree to terms. They must have good knowledge of the property market in their area and be familiar with local facilities -- schools, shopping and mass transportation -- so that they can provide their clients with the information they need to make decisions. Real estate sales executives need good marketing skills to enable them to present a persuasive picture of a property, in person and on paper.
∎ JOB LOCATION: Dhaka (Corporate Head Office).

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
∎ Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Applicants should have minimum 03 years' experience in reputed Real Estate Company or Construction companies.
∎ Must have Real Estate experience
∎ Must have positive attitude towards to Management Strategy.

Salary:
∎ Salary will be determined based upon the expertise & experiences of the candidate with attractive benefits package will be provided as per company rules.
