Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Masters from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to work with a professional sales team to achieve set targets.
∎ The applicants should have potentiality to development new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients.
∎ Ability to handle clients and satisfy them with the set service policies of the organization.
∎ To deal with clients and provide them project information over telephone.
∎ Responsible for regular following -up clients and maintain their records.
∎ Responsible for dealing in-house client.
∎ Responsible for direct prospect visit out of the office.
∎ To visit apartment with client for their quires and satisfaction.
∎ Responsible for attending Site office duty and search outdoor prospect.
∎ Responsible for maintaining after sales officials formalities i.e.to check application form, to prepare payment schedule, to prepare deed of agreement and signing to the client.
∎ To share ideas how to improve sales with group leader and other colleagues.
∎ Any other activities as and when required by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Interview process will be done on candidate's previous sales performance.
∎ The applicants should have experience in Real Estate Sector.
∎ Should have sound computer proficiency specially MS Office package, Online marketing, Internet browsing, excellent interpersonal skill, and good command over written & spoken English.
∎ Ready to work under stress & pressure.

Salary: Negotiable
