∎ Highly organized, self-starter, who works well independently but also a team player.
∎ Flexible and adaptable to business needs and dynamic retail environment, ability to think out of the box.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure.
∎ Detail-oriented and excellent analytical skills.
∎ Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinate and support all retail marketing related activations.
∎ Assist to plan, formulate and implement integrated 360 marketing strategies to build brand awareness, drive traffic and conversion.
∎ Initiate and execute creative marketing campaigns via social media activities, digital marketing, retail events, content development.
∎ Explore new channels for promotion and partnership opportunities.
∎ Track & analyze metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of all marketing initiatives or campaigns.
∎ Handle brand media planning and initiate brand social campaigns as well as manage brand social calendar.
∎ Manage and work with vendors/agencies for events and marketing campaigns.
∎ Work with internal and external parties, for example, Retail Operations team, visual merchandising team and vendors to achieve business objectives.
