Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Client Service/ Marketing, Event/ Campaign Coordination
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Event Management, Interior Design, Advertising Ageny
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an enthusiastic Executive to join our marketing team and provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals. You will have duties in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
∎ In this position you will have to collaborate with our marketing, design and execution team to pitch for new clients & support existing clients and projects and increase awareness for OOTB through social media etc.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail and web)
∎ Prepare presentations on different briefs.
∎ Liaise with various existing and potential clients and tap into potential business growth areas in the space & event design areas.
∎ Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns/survey.
∎ Support the marketing team and execution team in daily tasks.
∎ Sourcing materials/vendors needed for different events.
∎ Assist with any additional marketing/sales/ execution related projects or duties

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good knowledge in Interior/ exterior architectural work
∎ Capability to read architectural plan
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
∎ Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
∎ Solid understanding of different marketing techniques
∎ Problem solving skills.
∎ Excellent knowledge of MS Office: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
∎ Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices
∎ Enthusiastic about working on different events
