Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma/ B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from a reputed institution

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Civil Engineering, Project Management, Structural Designing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Event Management, Interior Design
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare master schedule for the project
∎ Supervising the parts of construction projects
∎ Overseeing building works.
∎ Setting out sites and organizing facilities.
∎ Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
∎ Supervising contracted staff
∎ Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales
∎ providing technical advice and solving problems on site
∎ Ability to manage client/office work/ site

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Age 25 to 31 years

∎ Good knowledge in Interior/ exterior architectural work
∎ Capability to read architectural plan
∎ Should have good mentality, responsibilities and attitude in all respect
∎ Commercial awareness – an understanding of how your actions can affect profitability of a project
∎ Team working and communication
∎ Technical skills
∎ An eye for detail
∎ Capable to work under Pressure
∎ Effective communication skills, negotiation skills & capable to convince clients to make business
∎ Analytical ability
∎ Multi-tasking ability, have to handle site, client and marketing simultaneously
