Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, developing and implementing effective marketing communication campaigns.
∎ Develop and implement marketing strategy to effectively reach customers, communicate the value proposition of the product and influence purchase of product.
∎ Using the full marketing mix for the company's marketing communications
∎ Understanding the service and customer requirement and write thorough quotation for each.
∎ Monitoring ongoing campaign spend against the budget, keeping accurate records and highlighting where variances occur.
∎ Producing an accurate summary of total spend at the end of a marketing campaign.
∎ Undertaking detailed ongoing analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure targets are met
∎ Responsible for achieving the minimum sales target.
∎ Create corporate relations to communicate with new clients and maintain communication with existing clients.
∎ Visit targeted number of clients and maintain client relation.
∎ Maintain communication with existing clients regularly
∎ Achieve the monthly target of the assigned market.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Candidate must be smart, self-motivated and ability to work under pressure
∎ Must be good in interpersonal skill.
∎ Responsible, reliable and able to work as a part of team.
∎ Probation Period: 3 Months

Salary:
∎ Tk. 8000 (Monthly)
∎ Commission will be provided based on target volumeAdditional commission only for target volume achiever

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill
∎ Lunch Facilities: Partially Subsidize
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
