Responsibilities & Context:
Aurora Specialized Hospital, located in Kakrail, Dhaka, is seeking a qualified and dynamic individual to join our team as an Executive (Marketing). This position offers an opportunity to contribute to our healthcare services while working in a supportive and challenging environment.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Aurora Specialized Hospital`s services
Manage and oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, content creation, and advertising campaigns
Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth
Collaborate with the medical team to create informative and appealing marketing materials
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
Coordinate with external vendors and partners for various marketing activities
Organize events, workshops, and seminars to promote the hospital`s services
Maintain and update the hospital’s social media platforms and website
Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and their outcomes
Assist in budgeting and allocating funds for marketing activities
Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant laws and regulations
Provide support and supervision to junior marketing staff as needed
