• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering

• Carry out Installation, Commissioning & Maintenance of process machinery (Granulation Line, Tablet Compression Machine, Coating Machine, Encapsulation, Blister) etc.

• Carry out Installation, Commissioning & Maintenance of HVAC system.

• Ensure compliance with HSE, Quality policies and defined procedures.

• Perform equipment inspections, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to identify and resolve mechanical issues impacting production efficiency.

• Implement preventive maintenance programs and keep all machineries uninterrupted as much as possible by proper maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.

• Assess spare parts, perform and monitor troubleshooting of defective equipment and systems to determine root cause analysis to correct the problem.

• Develop detailed engineering designs, specifications and drawings for new machinery or modified any mechanical systems.

• Prepare SOPs, documentation, Protocol, Log Sheets etc. of equipment and machinery and update periodically.

• Prepare data sheets for various utility requirements & cost effective analysis for energy saving engineering.

• Conduct all kinds of support for calibration and validation team to validate and document equipment modifications, repairs and upgrades to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Manage and supervise technicians, 3rd Party day to day works & accomplish the timeline effectively.

• Conduct training in SOPs/Protocols to the concerned people.

• Coordinate departmental & inter departmental assistance as & when necessary.

• Communicate Consultants, 3rd party service providers/manufactures & collect necessary information related to engineering activities.

• Any other responsibilities assigned by supervisor.
