∎ Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably major in Marketing.

∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve sales targets as per Sales plan.
∎ Target new and existing accounts for new business.
∎ Visit clients with the given details in different hospital or Doctor's chamber locations across the locations
∎ Meet with the potential clients and communicate about the product, arrange product demonstration, assembly & training as per customer needs.
∎ Work closely with the client businesses to follow up on a regular basis, provide training, data entry services and other necessary support.
∎ Work closely with the regional field team to meet the weekly sales & implementation targets
∎ Find out any market insights from the daily visits to the clients, communicate with the management to improve business strategy, operations and processes.
∎ Build strong network building in the segment of Clients and End-users
∎ Take real time feedback on the upcoming products and align the marketing, product development and tech movement with such findings
∎ Execute any other relevant tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ B2C Business, Institutional Sales Marketing, Key Accounts
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Software/Toiletries/Personal Care/ Healthcare or Pharmaceuticals
∎ Effective communication & interpersonal skills.
∎ Result-oriented and customer-focused.
∎ Willing to travel anywhere in the country.
∎ Knowledge on prior software implementation and Bangla Typing will be an asset
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
Salary will be revised at the time of confirmation (6 months).
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ TA / DA & Mobile allowance will be given as per company policy.
∎ Salary will be reviewed at the time of Confirmation (Probation period: 6 months).
∎ Yearly increment is done based on performance.
