∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Experience in Aviation industry preferable
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Be in permanent contacts with travel agents, tour operators, man-power recruiting agents, corporate houses and any other source of business
∎ Undertake field sales, telephone sales and sales related administration.
∎ Negotiate, conclude, manage a variety of sales deals after sales service
∎ Distribute updated fare chart, flight schedule, taxes & correspondence to the agents by E-mail.
∎ Explore for new ways of distribution Channel for Sales.
∎ Prepare and follow up the total passengers uplifted on operated flight on monthly basis
∎ Establish rapport with business associates, chamber of commerce, foreign missions etc.
∎ Gather information on competitors activities
∎ Create market to achieve maximum business from agent as well as corporate clients.
∎ Other assigned work as and when assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ MBA / BBA from a reputed university.
∎ 2 years' experience in Travel Agency/Airlines preferably.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Bangla.
∎ Well conversant in MS Office Suite, and email.
∎ An outgoing, confident and energetic personality.
∎ Pro-active and able to work under pressure.

Salary: Negotiable
