Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum B.Sc in Computer Science from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Manage the daily activities of IT equipment, network systems, perform diagnostics, schedule preventative maintenance.
∎ • Administration, and testing of network equipment, operating system software, hubs, routers, switches, cabling and rolling
∎ • Monitoring, and implementing network security procedures for safeguarding all networking systems
∎ • Manage network management programs and prepare network status reports.
∎ • Available on-call to assist with trouble shooting as needed.
∎ • Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
∎ • Day to day IT support, OS installation, email configure, hardware trouble shooting
∎ • Perform day-to-day software operations as per business requirements.
∎ • Support the implementation of new solutions or applications.
∎ • Establish accounts for new users and assist with password or login problems.
∎ • Manage internal/external application upgrades, infrastructure operations, operational processes, and procedures.
∎ • Maintain IP phone, Attendance time and access control systems
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 33 years
∎ Having good understand of DNS, SMTP, HTTP, FTP, TFTP, POP3, UDP, SNTP
Salary: Tk. 30000 (Monthly)
