Responsibilities & Context:

• Ensure the smooth operation of all computer systems and IT infrastructure across departments, addressing both hardware and software issues promptly.

•  Provide technical support to end-users for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, barcode readers, UPS/IPS systems, and other IT equipment.

•  Install, configure, and maintain network devices including routers, switches, access points, and ensure stable LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi connectivity.

•  Assist in the maintenance and configuration of servers, attendance machines, and other critical IT assets.

•  Join computers to the central Active Directory domain and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights as required.

•  Install and update antivirus software, operating systems, productivity tools, and other business-critical applications.

•  Ensure regular data backup of user systems through the central backup system and support data restoration processes when needed.

•  Configure and support Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, One Drive, and other Microsoft 365 services across user devices.

•  Support the implementation and monitoring of IT security policies to protect systems and data from unauthorized access and cyber threats.

•  Monitor and maintain CCTV systems, PABX, IP telephony, and video conferencing infrastructure for secure and efficient communication.

• Coordinate with departments to gather IT requirements and support the specification, selection, and procurement of hardware/software.

• Provide basic IT training and on boarding support to employees, ensuring they can efficiently use the company’s IT systems and tools.

• Maintain documentation of IT assets, incidents, resolutions, and provide regular updates to IT management.

• Perform additional IT-related tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the management or IT supervisor.
