Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide troubleshooting solutions: Laptop/Netbook/Desktop PC/IT related machine (Hardware & Software)
∎ Installing, configuring & maintaining computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners, webcam, security camera, access control and other IT appliances
∎ Understand different levels of MIS reporting and its impact on business processes
∎ Customizing and configuring workflow to facilitate ERP integration with other applications
∎ Provide IT supports to user end for their desktops, laptops, wireless routers, scanners, printers and other IT assets as per company IT policy
∎ Maintenance of IT inventory for both hardware and software and maintaining proper documentation
∎ Receives and stores documents and confidential files, maintain a record of the approved documents and confidential file destruction
∎ Inventory Management of Computer Hardware, Laptop, Printer, UPS, Scanner, Multimedia Projector and Various types of Software and operation system
∎ IT Product Purchase and maintain liaison with Supplier/Vendors of IT Product & Services
∎ Manage external vendors' relationships and services
∎ Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
∎ Test and evaluate new technology
∎ Carry out any other job assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 30 years
∎ Must have working experience in IT and ERP implementation with large Textile/ Garments industry
∎ Must have knowledge of technical application, operating system and application software
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result-oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teamwork.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
