We are a growing healthcare facilitation company specializing in connecting Bangladeshi patients with advanced medical treatment opportunities at our partner hospitals in Guangzhou.
The Executive – International Patient Services will play a critical role in managing the complete patient journey — from patient acquisition and awareness campaigns to treatment coordination, overseas travel facilitation, and post-treatment follow-up.
The role requires a compassionate, proactive, and highly organized individual who can effectively communicate with patients and their families, coordinate with international hospitals, and ensure a seamless treatment experience while maintaining high ethical and service standards.
Respond to patient inquiries received through phone calls, social media platforms, website channels, and referrals.
Conduct patient counseling sessions to explain treatment options, hospital facilities, treatment procedures, estimated costs, and travel requirements.
Convert potential leads into confirmed patients through professional communication and relationship management.
Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with patients and guardians throughout the treatment process.
Support the design and execution of patient awareness campaigns, digital marketing activities, seminars, and community outreach programs.
Coordinate with marketing teams to generate qualified leads for international treatment services.
Maintain active engagement on social media and communication platforms to improve patient outreach and brand visibility.
Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, diagnostic centers, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals for patient referrals.
Coordinate with partner hospitals in China regarding appointments, medical reports, treatment plans, and admission procedures.
Collect, organize, and verify medical documents required for overseas consultation and treatment evaluation.
Assist patients and attendants with visa processing, appointment scheduling, air ticketing, accommodation, airport transfers, and travel planning.
Ensure smooth communication between patients and overseas hospitals before, during, and after treatment.
Coordinate interpretation/translation support when required.
Guide patients regarding travel protocols, hospital procedures, financial documentation, and stay arrangements in China.
Monitor and enhance patient experience across the full service journey including consultation, travel, treatment, stay, recovery, and follow-up care.
Conduct post-treatment follow-up with patients to monitor recovery status and collect service feedback.
Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure all interactions follow ethical healthcare service standards.
Create and maintain a comprehensive database of leads, active patients, referral sources, and completed treatment cases.
Prepare periodic reports on lead conversion, patient satisfaction, and operational performance.
Support the development of operational processes and systems for future expansion into multi-specialty healthcare and international patient service operations.
