Job Responsibilities:
∎ System & Network (Desktop Computer, Laptop, Smartphone,
∎ Printer, UPS, LAN, WAN etc.) Troubleshooting, Maintenance
∎ and User Support;
∎ In-house Application Support for Users;
∎ Microsoft 365 User Support;
∎ Attendance System Support;
∎ Third Party Application, web portal support;
∎ Different IT Products Repairing and Servicing;
∎ Active Directory user level one support;
∎ Network firewall Traffic monitoring, Log analysis and link monitoring;
∎ CCTV surveillance system support.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Microsoft M365 and MS Power platform knowledge is required.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
