Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct and supervise all daily operations related to the ICT Department.
∎ Diagnose and promptly troubleshoot network-related issues.
∎ Diagnose and promptly troubleshoot hardware-related issues, including Desktop Computers, Laptops, Tablet PCs, Network Printers, Scanners, POS PCs, Barcode Printers, etc.
∎ Provide basic support for In-house Applications (ERP Level 01 support, HRMS) and 3rd Party Applications (GSD, FastReactPlan, IntelloCut, IntelloBuy, Winda, Assyst, etc.).
∎ Provide support for Microsoft 365 applications.
∎ Manage RODC and VAT servers.
∎ Administer the Internet Firewall (FortiGate) and Mikrotik.
∎ Monitor and maintain seamless Internet and Data connectivity with proper bandwidth management.
∎ Collaborate with vendors to resolve Surveillance System issues.
∎ Collaborate with vendors to resolve Attendance System issues.
∎ Manage network solutions for short, medium, and long-range projects.
∎ Conduct technical research on network upgrades and components to determine feasibility, cost, time requirements, and compatibility with current systems.
∎ Prepare the annual ICT department budget.
∎ Develop and manage all updated ICT-related documents.
∎ Provide basic ICT training and guidance to users.
∎ Research and plan for adopting new technologies and driving digital transformation initiatives.
