Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Sales Invoice and Transmission certificate.
∎ Sales, Collection entry in Accounting Software.
∎ Reconcile and avoid discrepancies.
∎ Monitor operational covenant & conditions.
∎ Maintain liaison with various departments and clients to ensure uninterrupted service.
∎ Make continuous efforts for process improvement.
∎ Performing on demand job assigned by HOD from time to time which is achievable, reasonable, and relevant to job and legal also.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
∎ Proactive and strong analytical ability to assist decision making.
∎ Adequate knowledge of Accounting procedure like Billing/Reconciliation.
∎ Advanced level spreadsheet skills with working knowledge of data analysis software & tools.
∎ Able to work under pressure (i.e. meet deadlines, can prioritize and have multi-tasking ability.)
∎ Able to maintain the confidentiality of highly sensitive information.
