Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The candidate is highly adaptable inspires innovation and is able to lead change for optimum productivity.
∎ Monitoring & assisting in controlling all IE-related activities in the factory.
∎ Ensure pre-production activities like 3P checklist, critical process training & critical Machine set.
∎ Preparing SMV database for all styles.
∎ Ensure proper line balancing and capacity of the line.
∎ Review operators' skill levels (monthly) and ensuring corrective action along with the proposal of training for potential workers.
∎ Make paper layout & visual layout before 3 days of line layout.
∎ Preparing reconciliation reports for each of the orders.
∎ Make a capacity graph & balance the graph properly & ensure line capacity as per plan.
∎ Finding out the bottleneck point & ensuring removal of bottleneck by using Motion study, Method study, Capacity study & Workplace arrangement.
∎ Evaluating new operator skills and taking interviews.
∎ Automation & Innovation & work for sustaining work simplification & SMV reduction.
∎ Reduce COT as per the target plan & lead the team to achieve the COT target.
∎ Ensure & work to reduce NPT in all surrounding areas.
∎ Ensure & utilization of Man, Machine & Materials & reduce cost by using IE tools.
∎ Skill development of Operators and supervisors & ensuring the skill Matrix of each operator.
∎ Identify the training needs of the employees and get them trained as like as supervisors & line chiefs.
∎ We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven professional to join as an Executive (IE).
