Job Context:
∎ Should have experienced in Industrial Engineering(IE).
∎ Hard Working & Well experienced IE personal in Garments Industry will get preference
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Operation Bulletin (OB) Finalization, Daily Operation breakdown, Machine layout.
∎ Making Man-Machine report, Monitoring and optimize machine productivity, Bottleneck monitoring and production lines
∎ Pre-Production Check List Making Before 3 Days of Line Feeding.
∎ Co-ordination with planning department for allocation of similar styles, capacity plan, line plan, and factory monthly plan based on the history of the line and factory efficiency
∎ Make a capacity graph and balance the line to achieve the targeted efficiency
∎ Analyze future style and do preproduction activities for ensuring back to back layout change, Layout the machine by maintaining a proper sequence of operations to ensure the best workflow, Layout Finalization.
∎ Increase skill inventory and record to meet the future demand
∎ Balance all sewing lines with proper skill allocation, Making weekly Basis Skill Matrix
∎ Prepare Daily line-wise target setup, regular loss time, regular SMV calculation, WIP of lines, Process Method study + Method Development, Motion Study.
∎ Simplify/Deskill the process and reduce SMV by method study and automation
∎ Communicate with management & use personnel to develop production & design.
∎ Check the capability of the style during the order inquiry stage.
∎ Interview for Recruitment, Operators Up-grading & Data Recording and finalize the report.
∎ Monthly Best Line Performance & Work plan for Monthly KPI.
∎ Support the production team & take necessary action for achievement
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years

∎ Sound Knowledge in MS Excel, Report Making
