Responsibilities & Context:
Ensuring the production target of the lines as per the production plan.
Ensuring line capacity balancing as per the layout.
Ensuring optimum utilization of Man and Machine.
Collect NPT records from root causes and ensure possible NPT reduction.
Reviewing operators' skill level (monthly) and ensuring corrective action, along with the proposal of training for potential workers.
Preparing workers` assessment report (quarterly) to use for personal and organizational development or improvement.
Any other assignments are at the discretion of management.
