Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design, install, and maintain computer hardware systems.
∎ Configure and optimize network systems for performance and security.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and network issues promptly.
∎ Develop and implement IT policies and procedures related to hardware and networks.
∎ Collaborate with other IT professionals to enhance system performance and security.
∎ Provide technical support and training to end-users.
∎ Daily user data backup and user record file maintain.
∎ Printer, Scanner, UPS, IPS, VC system, PABX, CCTV support, hardware repair and maintenance etc.
