Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Serves as a primary point of contact for individuals seeking information about hospital services, facilities, visiting hours, directions, and other related inquiries.
∎ Directs patients and visitors to appropriate departments, clinics, or services within the hospital and provides clear instructions or assistance as needed.
∎ Assists with way finding and navigation throughout the hospital premises, including escorting individuals to their destinations as required.
∎ Greets patients, visitors, and staff in a friendly and courteous manner as they arrive at the help desk or reception area.
∎ Provides prompt and accurate assistance in person, over the phone, or via email to address inquiries, requests, and concerns.
∎ Maintains a positive and professional demeanour while interacting with individuals from diverse backgrounds and varying levels of urgency.
∎ Handles and resolves complaints, conflicts, or issues raised by patients, visitors, or staff members in a calm, empathetic, and timely manner.
∎ Escalates complex or unresolved concerns to appropriate hospital personnel or management for further investigation and resolution.
∎ Provides basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
∎ Performs any other task assign by the authority
