Job Context:
∎ G&G (Gadget & Gear) is the only multi-branded retail chain outlet in Bangladesh for Smartphone & Branded Premium Accessories. Established in 2010. It has now 25 outlets in premium locations of Dhaka city and also has its own E-commerce platform. We are looking for passionate individual in our team as Executive with at least 1-2 years` experience in related field.
∎ Department: Sales (Retail)
∎ Job Location: Anywhere in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To attend walk-in customer inside the store.
∎ Greet all customers and ensure excellent customer service
∎ Must be well aware of all ongoing promotions and advertisements
∎ Day to day coordination among various groups including product and sales team
Additional Requirements:
∎ Applicant should have knowledge in retail sales and customer service.
∎ General knowledge about Smartphone, accessories and related devices.
∎ Applicant should be smart and proactive.
