  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle visitors and calls professionally.

  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proactive, honest, and dedicated with a service-oriented mindset.

  • Support in organizing internal events, meetings, and training sessions.

  • Prepare and maintain attendance records if required.

  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls, screen calls, and transfer them to the appropriate personnel.

  • Handle all incoming and outgoing emails, official correspondence, and documentation.

  • Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and maintain the meeting room booking system.

  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure adherence to office security protocols.

  • Monitor and maintain office stationery, supplies, and inventory; place orders when necessary.

  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, couriers, and deliveries.

  • Provide administrative support to various departments including HR, Accounts, and Management.

  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

  • Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and proper record-keeping of documents.

  • Assist in general administrative tasks and any other duties as assigned by management.
