∎ Bachelors' degree and/or Professional Certification in related fiend. (Digital Marketing, Media and Communication, website/graphic design, English, liberal arts) from an accredited institution.
∎ (Candidates with an MBA degree will be given special preferences)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and maintain the company's owned media including websites, mobile apps, and email/CRM software
∎ Manage social media marketing campaigns
∎ Manage digital advertising campaigns (SEM, Display, Social, Programmatic)
∎ Set up conversion, pixel, and event tracking on the website and across various digital platforms
∎ Conduct research on market trends, brand's audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions
∎ Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights to develop optimization plans
∎ Must have knowledge of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 01 year from a reputed company
∎ Excellence in communication skills, both verbal and written (Bengal & English).
∎ Ability to work under pressure, multitasking, flexible work rotation.
∎ Must be proficient in all aspects that are required for this Job Post. (MS Office, Adobe Photoshop,
∎ Adobe Illustrator, etc)
