Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to prepare financial statements & forecasts.
∎ Prepare cash flow forecasts and budgets.
∎ Checking and preparing of all types of payment & receipt vouchers.
∎ Ensuring deduction of TDS & VDS at payment stage and deposit to Govt. entity accordingly.
∎ Ensure implementation of all finance policies and procedures of the company.
∎ Assist in preparing periodic financial reports for the company.
∎ Assist to prepare investment plan & implement accordingly.
∎ Raising requisition of duty, petty cash and any other fund for operation.
∎ Perform any job/task assigned by authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Job experience in the Life Insurance industries will get preference.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
∎ Excellent organizational skills & leadership and attention to detail.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
∎ Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
∎ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Salary: Negotiable
