∎ Hold a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting/Business studies/Finance & Banking /Management)
∎ An Accountant should also have the following personal skills and experience:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of Monthly statement, salary statement, 108,108A, Cash book & Bank book, payroll, bank reconciliation, journals, ledgers, fixed asset register, depreciation aging schedule, Vat return.
∎ Assist in filing of statutory returns, Income tax returns, advance income tax (AIT), VAT returns,
∎ withholding tax return (75A), yearly filling of RJSC return. general ledger, payable/receivable, etc.
∎ Maintain accurately petty cash and IOU account.
∎ Assist in preparation of monthly, periodic, and year-end financial statements and management accounts of the company
∎ Pass accounting entries for sales, collection and payment daily.
∎ Provide assistance and support to related parties both inside and outside of the company.
∎ Maintain proper accounting, VAT, Tax and other related documentation.
∎ Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas
∎ Constantly update job knowledge.
∎ Prepare and maintain accounting and inventory documents, statement and records accurately
∎ Any other business assigned by the management of the company.
∎ Must be operate Tally Prime
