Education:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a reputable university.
∎ Fresh graduates from reputed universities (DU, JU, NSU, Brac, AIUB, BUP, AUST) may also apply.

∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in the manufacturing industry (exceptional fresh graduates with strong potential may also be considered).
∎ Strong knowledge of IFRS, Bangladeshi financial regulations, and local tax requirements.
∎ Proficiency in accounting software and advanced skills in MS Excel.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with high attention to detail.
∎ Fresh graduates from reputed universities (DU, JU, NSU, Brac, AIUB, BUP, AUST) may also apply.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure compliance with Bangladeshi financial laws and regulations in all accounting and reporting activities.
∎ Apply IFRS and ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting.
∎ Maintain and update the general ledger with accurate and timely entries. Manufacturing cost accounting experience will be considered a advantage.
∎ Review and verify employee reimbursement claims for compliance with company policies.
∎ Organize, maintain, and update financial records and archives for audits and internal use.
∎ Prepare and finalize annual financial reports and statements in compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
∎ Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including account reconciliation and analysis.
