∎ Graduation in any reputed University with good academic background.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have accounts operating knowledge individually in the ERP System.
∎ Monitor and ensure day-to-day Accounts & Financial activities are appropriately recorded in Books of Accounts.
∎ Preparation of Cash vouchers, (Cash Book, Petty Cash, Bank Book, and Journal Entry) Maintain trial balance (in ERP).
∎ Prepare, examine and analyze bills/invoices, vouchers, accounts receivables, accounts payable, accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy.
∎ Must have knowledge in computerized accounting, financial planning, banking, Tax & VAT, and other related activities.
∎ Employee Salary, Advance & Adjustment & Payable Summary Report.
∎ Monthly Bank reconciliation Statement preparation.
∎ Perform all F&A activities of the Company assigned by the Management from time to time.
∎ Prepare monthly financial reports and budget.
∎ Other tasks are allocated by the reporting person.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 36 years
∎ 2 years of experience in the relevant field will get preference.
∎ Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, taxation laws, and regulatory requirements.
∎ Excellent proficiency in MS office applications must.
∎ Honest, Smart & Energetic in any atmosphere
∎ Ready to work under pressure.
∎ Good English Typing speed & negotiation skill is must
∎ Must have willingness to learn, vast communication, problem solving nature & leadership skill
