Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/Master's in F & A from a reputed university.
∎ CACC/ACCA part qualified will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining financial accounting systems for cash and bank management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, petty cash, inter-company transaction in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
∎ Keeping records of transaction and preparation of all kinds of vouchers in software processes on a regular basis.
∎ Ensure transactions are properly recorded in accounting software in a timely manner.
∎ Ensure maintenance of cash book, bank book, cheque registers and different registers related to Finance & Accounts.
∎ Prepare periodical reconciliations as per Management's requirement.
∎ Assist with bank loan processing, renewal, and mortgage related issues.
∎ Maintain purchase related accounting activities such as supplier's bill provisioning, supplier's payment, advance adjustments, and checking cost related bills/vouchers.
∎ Assist in timely reporting of all financial information, statements, and reports.
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong command of MS Office (word, excel)
∎ Prior experience of SAP accounting software will be given preference
∎ Should have very good interpersonal skills.
∎ Should be impressive with smart personality.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
